Benki ya Uswizi mbioni kuziwekea vikwazo akaunti za siri za Wachina

WAKATI Serikali na Benki ya Uswizi ikichukua hatua kali kwa kuzifungia akaunti za watu wa Urusi kutokana na operesheni zake za kijeshi nchi Ukrain, benki hiyo inadaiwa kuwa na mpango wa kuzifungia akaunti za watu wa China na kwamba inafuatilia nyendo za taifa hilo kwa karibu. Ripoti ya uchambuzi wa Global Watch … (endelea).
Ripoti hiyo inaeleza kuwa ripoti ya hivi karibuni ya Inter inaeleza kuwa China imeingia kwenye operesheni hiyo kama muuza silaha husasani ndege zisizo rubani wa upande wa Urusi ambapo Uswizi inafuatilia pia utajiri na ukwasi wa China.
Mfulilizo wa matukio inaifanya China kuonekana tishio kwa nchi nyingine na kuchagiza kuwekewa vikwazo mathalani tukio la kurusha puto la kijasusi katika anga ya Marekani na kutajwa kutuma silaha Urusi.
Waziri wa Mambo ya Nje wa Marekani, Anthony Blinken ameionya China, akisema ina ujasusi na kwamba Beijing itasambaza silaha hatari kwa Urusi. Wakati huo huo, Merikani ikijiandaa kulipa kisasi cha kijasusi.
Akihutubia mkutano na waandishi wa habari hapa, Blinken alisema, China imekuwa ikuunga mkono uchokozi wa Urusi nchini Ukrain hasa kwenye msaada wa nyenzo za kivita.
“Nilipomwona afisa mkuu wa sera ya mambo ya nje Wang Yi (Uchina), nilizungumza naye juu ya habari kwamba Wachina wanafikiria kusambaza silaha kwa Urusi, nilimueleza waziwazi kuwa kutaleta shida kwenye uhusiano wetu na kutakuwa na matokeo mabya” alisema Blinken.
Benki ya Uswisi haijafichua ukubwa wa mali za China nchini lakini nyaraka zilizotolewa kwa Muungano wa Kimataifa wa Waandishi wa Habari za uchunguzi mwaka 2014 zilionyesha kuwa takriban matajiri 20,000 kutoka China Bara na Hong Kong wanamiliki kampuni na mali zao kutajwa kuwa zipo nchini Uswizi.
